The so-called “alliance” between the Eritrean regime and elements within the TPLF leadership—as well as factions within the Tigray Defense Forces—has never had any tangible objective beyond granting the Eritrean dictator peace of mind by turning Tigray into the principal battlefield.
The much-hyped relationship that the reactionary group in Tigray has invested immense time and energy into is contingent upon several preconditions laid down by their senior partners in Eritrea: no moves whatsoever toward reclaiming Western Tigray (so as not to provoke Fano); no discussion of Tigray’s potential statehood; full acceptance of the Algiers Agreement; and the provision of military-age recruits to be trained by the Eritrean regime. “Comrade” Isaias has made it abundantly clear to diplomats that he has no interest in making any sacrifice for “the leaders of Woyane,” underscoring his contempt for his junior partners in this futile client-patron arrangement. In truth, I believe Isaias—seasoned in the art of power preservation—has made the rational choice. He knows precisely where his interests lie.
At this moment, the reactionary clique finds itself mired in a grave crisis of its own making. In a paradoxical bid to escape that crisis, it now seeks to create another—by launching military operations in the Southern and Southeastern Zones in an attempt to seize power by force. At a time when the rainy season is in full swing—and when every ounce of energy should be directed toward the pursuit of peace—the clique has instead opted for war against our people as its supposed solution. Tragically, this is the only strategy it appears capable of.
The foreseeable and forewarned outcome of this unholy alliance—between the Eritrean regime and the reactionary faction within the TPLF, aided by enablers within the Tigray Armed Forces—is the renewed declaration of war on our people. This destructive path must be rejected by every Tigrayan.
Responsibility for the consequences lies squarely with the reactionary clique, senior military leaders, and above all, the President of the Interim Administration.

ብወገን ጉጅለ ድሕረት ብዙሕ ዝተዘረበሉ ርክብ ክሰምር እንተድኣኮይኑ ካብ መራሕቲ ኤርትራ ዝተውሃቦም ቅድመ ኩነት ድማ ንምዕራብ ገፁ ምንም ዓይነት ምንቅስቓስ ከይግበር( ፋኖ ከይቕየም): ሃገረ ትግራይ ዝብሃል ኣጀንዳ ፍፁም ከይልዓል: ስምምዕ ኣልጀርስ ብምልእታ ክቕበሉ: ንታዕሊም ዝከውን መንእሰይ ንሻዕብያ ከቕርቡ’ሞ ሻዕብያ ክዕልም ዝብል’ዩ:: ‘ብፃይ’ ኢሳያስ ን’መራሕቲ ወያነ’ ክብል ብዙሕ ዋጋ ናይምኽፋል ድሌት ከምዘይብሉ ንዲፕሎማሰኛታት ግልፂ ጌይሩሉ:: ከም ሓደ መንበሩ ዘገድሶ ብዓል ናይ ዘመናት ልምዲ ፓለቲከኛ ትክክል’ዩ ወሲኑ ዝብል እምነት’ለኒ:: ‘ብፃይ’ ኢሳያስ ዘዋፅኦ ኣፀቢቑ ዝርዳእ ሰብ’ዩ::
ኣብዚ ሕዚ እዋን ጉጅለ ድሕረት ኣብ ዓብይ ቅልውላው ጥሒሉ ይርከብ:: ዝ’ጉጅለ’ዚ ካብቅልውላው ንምውፃእ ዝተለሞ ትልሚ ድማ ናብ ደቡብ ምብራቕን ደቡብን ወታሃደራዊ ወፍሪ ብምግባር ካልእ ቅልውላው ምፍጣር’ዩ:: ናይ ክራማት ስራሕ ኣብዝስርሐሉ: ኩሉ ዓቕሚ ንሰላምን ንሰላምን ጥራሕ ክውዕል ኣብዝግበአሉ ሰዓት ኣብ ልዕሊ ህዝቢ ኩናት ምእዋጅ ከም መፍትሒ ተወሲዱ’ሎ በቲ ጉጅለ ድሕረት:: እታ ዘላቶም ዓቕሚ እዚኣ’ያ::
ንትግራይ ናብዘይዛሪ ቅልውላው ዘእቱ ዘሎ ጉጅለን ኣብ ሰራዊት ዘለው መጋበርያታቱን ኣብመንቀርቀር ኣትዩ ዘሎ ዘይቅዱስ ‘ፅምዶ’ ኮን’ ደ’ኾን ነፍስ እንተዘርአሎም ብዝብል ዝምሃዝዎ ምህዞ ኣብልዕሊ ህዝብና ዝብልዎ ህዝቢ ኩናት ምእዋጅ’ዩ:: ኩሉ ትግረዋይ ደላይ ሰላም ኣትሪሩ ክቃለሶ ዝግባእ መገዲ ጥፍኣት’ዩ::
ንዝፍጠር ኩሉ ጥፍኣት ጉጅለ ድሕረት ጥራሕ ዘይኮነስ ላዕለዎት ሓለፍቲ ሰራዊት: ልዕሊ ኹሉ ድማ ፕረዝደንትን ላዕለዎት ሓለፍቲ ጊዝያዊ ምምሕዳርን ቀንዲ ተሓተቲ ምኻኖም ክፍለጥ ይግባእ::
