The Senior Leadership of Tigray Peace Force (TPF) Position Statement

Introduction

The people of Tigray have never been separated from the struggle in which they have been making immense sacrifices for their national dignity, values, and survival. Since the outbreak of the war on November 3, 2020 (October 24, 2013 EC), launched by invading internal and external forces, Tigray has endured a campaign of genocide. However, our people at home and in the diaspora have struggled in unity and sacrificed to survive extinction.

The Pretoria Peace Treaty was signed with the heroic struggle of our martyrs and saved our people from complete extermination. Following the Pretoria Peace Agreement, an interim administration was established in Tigray. During the two years, the Tigray Interim Administration has been hijacked by a corrupt faction of the TPLF and its loyal military elites, referred to as the “Core and Above,” who have derailed the Pretoria peace process, repressed political plurality, and silenced dissent using lethal force. People are being killed and detained for demanding democracy and change; civil administrations are being dismantled, and war drums are being beaten once again under the disguise of alliance with the Eritrean (Shaebia) regime. The hope for sustainable peace is now under grave threat by the TPLF and Shaebia alliance.

According to the Pretoria Peace Agreement, the future of the people of Tigray is determined by peaceful political struggle and not war. The force that has descended to the “free land” is being organised and mobilised along the borders of Tigray. The top leadership of the force held a five-day strategic conference from July 15-19, 2025 (July 8-12, 2017 EC), to evaluate the work done so far and determine the next directions. During these five days, in-depth and extensive discussions were held, and the developments so far were assessed. Therefore, the top leadership of the TPF has corrected the shortcomings, continued the existing strengths, defined the next directions, and adjusted our organisation to move towards critical activities to realign with our people’s democratic aspirations. Accordingly, we have adopted the following 12-point resolutions and strategic position statement.

1. As of July 19, 2025 (12/11/2017 EC), we have decided to change the official name of the force, which was previously known as the “Free Land” to “Tigray Peace Force (TPF).”
2. The force in Tigray has been organised and operating under the name of the Tigray Peace Force (TPF) because of the backwardness of the guards in the corps and above; they have closed all peaceful options, broken the Pretoria Agreement, and are on the verge of plunging the people of Tigray into another round of bloody war. Therefore, we call on all peace-loving Tigrayans to stand with the Tigray Peace Force (TPF) and struggle for peace alongside it in Tigray.
3. To all Tigrayans Inside Tigray, Across Ethiopia, in the Diaspora, in the Refugee Camps, and in the IDPs Sites: The history of the people of Tigray has been destroyed, and the sacrifices of generations have been undermined. We, your children, the Tigray Peace Force (TPF), call upon you to stand by TPF’s peaceful struggle for the establishment of a people’s government rooted in justice, democracy, and the full realisation of your right to self-determination.
4. To the Comrades of the Tigray Security Forces: you have decided to sacrifice your only life for the sake of the people of Tigray. Through the sacrifices and injuries of our comrades and your heroism, we have ensured the existence of the people of Tigray, and the Pretoria Peace Treaty has been signed. However, your noble mission and valuable sacrifices were undermined and betrayed; the Pretoria Peace Agreement signed with the lives and blood of our heroic comrades was violated by those in command who seek to use your heroic struggle for their personal gain. The core and above attempt to drag you to enter into another round of bloody war in the name of alliance with the Eritrean regime. You must refuse orders to another war and reject manipulation by rogue generals, knowing that there is a fratricidal war of destruction that is being prepared for you to die for them. Therefore, if you can, you should join the Tigray Peace Force (TPF), and if not, you should return to your parents and homes. We are confident that you will not respond to the orders from the Corps and above to fight with us and your comrades.
5. To the President of the Interim Administration of the Tigray Region, Lt. General Tadesse Werede: You have failed to properly fulfil your responsibility to establish inclusive governance down to the bottom, ensure respect for the rule of law, protect the security of citizens, ensure peaceful political movement, and lead and work for equitable governance in general. On the other hand, everything has fallen under the control of the Corps and above and the illegal group, while suspects under the control of the law are being taken out of the hands of the police by force of arms. The trial process is being disrupted by relatives above the core; our sisters are being raped, Tigray land is being polluted with dangerous chemicals, and illegal mining is being carried out. Therefore, this should be urgently corrected so that all Tigrayans can live in peace and be treated equally; inclusive and good governance down to the bottom should be established immediately; we strongly call for the rule of law to be ensured.
6. To the youth of Tigray: You joined the fight against the recent threat of destruction in Tigray. You fought and made history. After the heavy sacrifices, the Pretoria Peace Agreement was signed so that the youth of Tigray can live in peace in his homeland, get back into his normal life, and improve his life; to work hard and live his life; and to study and research to benefit himself and his country. While he should have participated and led in all aspects of the construction of his country, the roads of peace have been blocked due to the greedy forces of destruction. The youth of Tigray should be the engine of struggle to stop the wave of destruction that is coming to Tigray and the change that is eagerly awaited. We call upon all the youth of Tigray to cooperate with and persistently struggle on the side of the TPF.
7. To the Women of Tigray: The history of the struggle of the people of Tigray has recorded that it has never succeeded without the participation and support of women. This is a living testimony to the recent struggle against the genocidal war. The peace achieved through your heroism and struggle is being destroyed by the illegal group of corps and above, and you will not participate in the illegal movement that is making us enter into another war. You must stand up for peace and continue your irreplaceable struggle against warmongers. We call upon you to support the Tigray Peace Force (TPF) in its efforts to win the struggle for peace and freedom as soon as possible.
8. To the Tigray Political Parties: Due to the decision of the Corps and above to support an illegal group on January 15, 2017 EC, the Tigray Security Forces became the guardian of that illegal group. As a result, armed repression is being carried out to prevent Tigray politics from being free and other ideas outside the group but beneficial to Tigray from being heard to suppress legitimate opposition. Tigray politics must be demilitarised and reject authoritarian rule. Your peaceful political struggle is commendable and must continue. We call upon you to support the Tigray Peace Force (TPF) in its efforts to win the struggle for peace and freedom as soon as possible.
9. To the Religious Institutions and Civil Societies: As you understand, the road to peace in Tigray has been completely blocked due to the illegal decision of the Corps and above and the mischief of the illegal group. However, you have not been able to achieve satisfactory results despite what was expected of you in being impartial and without worry, fear, or whispers. Although you have made many efforts in various ways to resolve political differences only peacefully and not to escalate into conflict, you have not been able to carry out a reconciliation that has been translated into action because the illegal group and its guard corps and above rejected peaceful dialogue. We call on you to learn from your past mistakes and strengthen your good deeds to ensure peace in Tigray and to resolve political differences only through civilised, peaceful means.
10. To the Peoples of Ethiopia: The signing of the Pretoria Peace Agreement has brought great relief to the Tigray Region and the whole of Ethiopia. However, the illegal group in Tigray and its guards, the Corps and above, have reached the point of colluding with the Eritrean regime in the name of an alliance to lead us into another round of bloody war. The Tigray Peace Force (TPF) believes that the Pretoria Peace Agreement should be fully implemented and differences should be resolved peacefully and in accordance with the constitution. We do not choose or want war because it is destructive and a path of destruction. War in Tigray is a threat to all Ethiopians. Thus, we call upon you to support the efforts of the Tigray Peace Force (TPF) in all aspects of our peaceful struggle by rejecting the false narratives that seek to pit regions against one another.
11. To the Federal Government: According to the Pretoria Peace Agreement, the territorial integrity of Tigray should be returned to the boundaries recognised by the Ethiopian Constitution. We call on the government to fulfil its responsibility and take action to ensure the safety of the internally displaced persons and refugees in Sudan. The illegal group and its guardians, the Corps and above, are preparing to start a bloody war in the name of alliance with the Eritrean (Shaebia) regime. The Tigray Peace Force (TPF) calls upon the federal government, the Tigray Interim Administration, and other relevant bodies to immediately stop this illegal and unholy alliance of the corrupt factions in Tigray and the Eritrean regime to secure the borders.
12. To the International Community: We call upon the international community to ensure full implementation of the Pretoria Peace Agreement and pressure the illegal TPLF group and its generals, core and above leadership, to cease military mobilisation and rhetoric of war being waged by violating the Pretoria Peace Agreement in the name of alliance with the Eritrean regime. The Tigray Peace Force (TPF) is committed to avoiding a devastating and widespread bloody war in Tigray and the Horn of Africa. We are fighting for the establishment of an inclusive interim administration in Tigray, a favourable environment for democratic elections, and good governance to protect human rights and secure lasting peace.

ህዝቢ ትግራይ ኣብ መዋእሉ ካብ ቃልሲ ተፈልዩ ዘይፈልጥን ንብሄራዊ ረብሓታቱን ክብርታቱን ክብል ክባር መስዋእቲ እናኸፈለ ዝመፀ ጅግና ህዝቢ እዩ። ብፍላይ ድማ ኣብ ጥቅምትቲ 2013 ዓ.ም ዝተጀመረ ናይ ፅንተት ኹናት ብዙሓት ሓይልታት ተላፊኖም ኣንፃርና ዝወፈሩሉ እንኾን አብ ውሽጥን ደገን ዝነብር ህዝብና ብሓድነትን ስሙር ውዳበን ተቓሊሱ ኣዝዩ ኹቡር መስዋእቲ ብምኽፋል ካብ ፅንተት ድሒኑ እዩ።

ድሕሪ እዚ ደማዊ ኹናት ምክያድ ድማ ብደም ሰማእታት ዝተፈረመን ህዝብና ካብ መሉእ ፅንተት ዘትረፈን ውዕሊ ሰላም ፕሪቶሪያ ተፈሪሙ እዩ። ንውዕሊ ሰላም ፕሪቶሪያ ስዒቡ ኣብ ትግራይ ግዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ተጣይሹ እዩ። ኣብ ፃኒሒት ክልተ ዓመት ግዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ትግራይ ኣብ ትግራይ ካብቲ ንቡሩን ልሙዳዊ ኣካይዳን ወፂኡ ሓዱሽ ናይ ለውጢ ምንቅስቓስን ዴሞክራሲን ኣብ ዝጀመረሉ እዋን ንብዙሕ ዓመታት ንበይኑ ስልጣን ብሒቱ ዝነበረ ሸኽሚ ትግራይ ዝኾነ ዱሑር ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለ ኩሎም ዴሞክራሲያውን ሰለማውን ናይ ቃልሲ ዕድላት ብውሳነ ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ኢና ዝብሉ ዋርድያታትን መጋበርያን እቲ ጉጅለ ዝኾኑ ሓይልታት ካብ ሕግን ኣሰራርሓን ወፃኢ ሲቪላዊ ምምሕዳራት ካብ ጣብያ ክሳብ ዞባ ብአፈ ሙዝ ክፈርስን መንእሰያት ብናይ ሓሳብ ኣፈላላይ ምኽንያት ጥራሕ ክቕተሉ ፣ ክዕፈኑን ክእሰሩን ገይሩን ይገብር ኣሎን።

ብመሰረት ውዕሊ ሰላም ፕሪቶሪያ መፃኢ ዕድል ህዝቢ ትግራይ ዝውሰን ብሰለማዊ ፖለቲካዊ ቃልሲ እምበር ብኵናት ከምዘይኮነ ብምእማን ነዚ ካብ ኵናት ወፃኢ ክነብር ዘይኽእልን ዘይደልን ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለ በሪ ሰላም ዓፅዩ ንህዝብና መማረፂ ከስእኖ ዝጓዓዝ ዘሎ ሓይሊ ንምቅላስ ናብ ሓራ መሬት ብምውራድ ውዳበታት ብምፍጣር ቃልሲ ከም ዝጀመርና ዝፍለጥ እዩ። እዚ ናብ ሓራ መሬት ዝወረደ ሓይሊ ኣብ ወሰና ወሰን ትግራይ እናተወደበን እናተንቀሳቀሰን ይርከብ። ላዕለዎት ኣመራርሓ እዚ ሓይሊ ክሳብ ሐዚ ዝተሰረሑ ስራሕቲ ንምግምጋምን ቀፀልቲ ኣንፈታት ንምንፃርን ካብ ሓምለ 08 ክሳብ ሓምለ 12 /2017 ዓ.ም ንተኸታተልቲ 5 ማዓልቲታት ዝፀንሐ ምይይጥ ኣካይዱ ኣሎ። ኣብዘን 5 መዓልትታት ኣብ ዝነበረ ፃንሒት ዓሚቕን ሰፊሒን ምይይጥ ዝተገበረ እንትኾን ክሳብ ሐዚ ዝነበሩ ፍፃመታት ገሚጉሙ ኣሎ። ካብዚ ብምብጋስ ላዕለዎት ኣመራርሓ እዚ ሓይሊ ኣብ ዝገበሮ ገምጋምን ምይይጥን ዝተርኣዩ ጉድለታት ብምእራም ፣ ዝነበሩ ጥንካረታት ብምቕፃል ፣ ቀፀልቲ ኣንፈታት ብምንፃርን ኣወዳድባና ብምትዕርራይን ናብ ወሰንቲ ንጥፈታት ንምስግጋር ዘኽእል ኹነታት ከምዘሎ ኣብ መደምደምታ በፂሕና ኣለና። በዚ መሰረት እዞም ዝስዕቡ ውሳነታት ብሙውሳን በዓል 12 ቅዋም መግለፂ ኣውፂና ኣለና።

1. ቅድም ክብል ብተለምዶ ብሽም ሓራ መሬት እናተፀውዐ ዝፀንሐ ሓይሊ ካብ ዕለት 12/11/2017 ዓ.ም ጀሚሩ ዕላዊ መፀውዒ ሽሙ ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም ( Tigrai Peace Force – TPF ) ተባሂሉ ክፅዋዕ ወሲንና ኣለና።
2. ብሸም ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ዝውደብን ዝንቀሳቐስን ዘሎ ሓይሊ ኣብ ትግራይ ብሰንኪ ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ዘለዉ ዋርድያታት ድሕረት ከሉ ሰላማዊ መማረፂ ዓፅዮም ፣ ውዕሊ ፕሪቶሪያ ኣፍሪሶም ፣ ብሽም ፅምዶ ንህዝቢ ትግራይ ናብ ካልእ ዙር ደማዊ ኵናት ከእትዉዎ ኣብ ጫፍ በፂሖም ስለዘለዉ ሓይልታት ፀፅታ ትግራይ ኣካል እዚ ጥፍኣት ከይኸውንን ከንቱ ሞት ከይመውትን ንምግባር እዩ። ስለዝኾነ ድማ ኩሉ ደላዪ ሰላም ኣብ ጎኒ ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም-TPF ተሰሊፉ ንሰላም ክቃለስ ንፅውዕ።
3. ዝኸበርካ ኣብ ውሽጢ ትግራይ ዘለኻ፣ ኣብ መላእ ሃገርና ኢትዮጵያ ዘለኻ፣ ኣብ ወፃኢ ዓዲ ዘለኻ ዲያስፖራን ትግራዋይን ኣብ መዓስከራት ተመዛበልትን ስደተኛታትን ዘለኹም ተጋሩን:- ህዝቢ ትግራይ በቢመዋእሉ መስዋእቲ እናኸፈልካ ስርዓተ መንግስትነት ክትሃንፅ ዝሰራሕኻዮ ታሪኽ ተደምሲሱ መስዋእቲ ወለዶታት ተሓንሺሹ መንግስቲ ኣልባ ኮይንካ ኣለኻ። ህዝባዊ መንግስቲ ክምስረትን መሰል ዓርሰ ውሳነኻ ሙሉእ ንሙሉእ ክረጋገፅን እትገብሮ ዘለኻ ናይ ውሽጥን ደገን ዘይሕለል ቃልሲ ኣብ ዝሓፀረ ግዜ ንኽዕወት ንሕና ደቅኻ ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ኣድላዪ ዝበሃል ድልውነት ከምዝወገንና እናረጋገፅና ኣብ ጎንና ኮይንካ መሉእ ድጋፍ ክትገብረልና ንፅውዕ።
4. ዝኸበርኩም ብፆትና ኣባላት ሓይልታት ፀፅታ ትግራይ:- ምእንተ ህልውና ህዝቢ ትግራይ ክትብሉ እታ እንኮ ሂወትኩም ብተወፋይነት ንምኽፋል ወሲንኩም ተጋዲልኩም ዓለም ዘስደመመ ጅግንነት ፈፂምኩም ኢኹም። ብመስዋእትን መጉዳእትን ብፆትናን ብጅግንነትኩምን ህልውና ህዝቢ ትግራይ ኣረጋጊፅና ውዕሊ ሰላም ፕሪቶሪያ ክፍረም ክኢሉ እዩ። ይኹን እምበር ዝተኸፈለ ክቡር መስዋእቲ ተሓንሺሹ ፣ ብሂወትን ደምን ጀጋኑ ብፆትና ዝተኸተመ ውዕሊ ሰላም ፕሪቶሪያ ብምፍራስ ምእንተ ስልጣንን ክብርን ኣመራርሓ ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለን ዋርድያታት እዚ ድሑር ጉጅለ ዝኾኑ ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ክበሃል ብሽም ፅምዶ ምስ ስርዓት ሻዕቢያ ዝግበር ርክብ ናብ ካልእ ዙር ደማዊ ኵናት ተኣትዩ ከንቱ ሞት ክትሞቱ ዝተደገሰልኩም ናይ ጥፍኣት ድግስ ኵናት ከምዘሎ ፈሊጥኩም እምቢ ንኵናት ክትብሉ ይግባእ። ስለዝኾነ ድማ እንተኽኢልኩም ናብ ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ክትፅምበሩ እንተዘይኮይኑ ድማ ነናብ ወለድኸኹምን ገዛኹምን ክትምለሱ ይግባእ። ካብ ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ምሳና ምስ ብፆትኩም ክትዳመዩ ዝመፀኩም ትእዛዝ እምብለና ዝብል መልሲ ከምትህቡ ሙሉእ እምነት ከምዘለና እናገለፅና ብወገን ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ከም ፀላኢ ርኢና ናባኹም እንትኩሳ ዋላ ሓንቲ ጥይት ከምዘይቴህሊ ክነረጋግፀልኩም ንፈቱ።
5. ንፕረዚዳንት ግዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ክልል ትግራይ ሌ/ጀነራል ታደሰ ወረደ:- ኣብ ክልልና ሓቛፋይ ምምሕዳር ክሳብ ታሕቲ ክተጣይሽ ፣ ልዕልነት ሕጊ ክኽበር ክትገብር ፣ ድሕንነት ዜጋታት ክትሕሉ ፣ ሰላማዊ ፖለቲካዊ ምንቅስቓስ ክህሉ ክትገብር ፣ ብሓፈሻ ምዕሩይ ምሕደራ ክህሉ ክትመርሕን ክትሰርሕን ዝተውሃበካ ሓላፍነት ብኣግባቡ ክትዋፃእ ኣይከኣልካን። ብኣንፃሩ ኩሉ ነገር ኣብ ትሕቲ ቁፅፅር ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ከምኡ እውን ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለን ወዲቑ ኣብ ትሕቲ ቁፅፅር ሕጊ ዘለዉ ጥርጡራት ብሓይሊ ብረት ካብ ኢድ ፖሊስ እናወፅኡ ፣ ሰላማውያን ሰባት እናተዓፈኑ ፣ እናተተሰወሩን እናተቐተሉን ፣ ብህዝቢ ዝተመረፁ ምምሕዳራት ብናይቲ ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለ ሰባት ንምትካእ ማህተም ንምምንጣል ተጋሩ እናተጨወዩን እናተቐተሉን ፣ ከይዲ ፍርዲ ብኣዝማድ ልዕሊ ኮር እናተኣጓጎለ ፣ ደቂ ኣነስትዮ ኣሓትና እናተዓመፃን መሬት ትግራይ ብሓደገኛታት ኬሚካላት እናተበከሉ ዘይሕጋዊ ዕደና እናተፈፀመን ብሓፈሻ ትግራይ መዐነደሪ ሸፋቱን ሻዕቢያን ኮይና ኣላ። ስለዝኾነ ድማ እዚ ብህፁፅ ተኣሪሙ ክልልና ኩሉ ትግራዋይ ብሰላም ዝነብረላን ማዕረ ዝረአየላን ክትከውን ፤ ሓቛፋይ ምምሕዳር ክሳብ ታሕቲ ብህፁፅ ክጣየሽ ፤ ልዕልነት ሕጊ ክረጋገፅን ኣጥቢቕና ንፅውዕ።
6. ንዝኸበርካ መንእሰይ ትግራይ:- ኣብ ቀረባ ግዜ ኣብ ትግራይ ገጢሙና ዝነበረ ሓደጋ ጥፍኣት ንምምካት ተሰሊፍካ ተቓሊስካን ታሪኽ ሰራሕኻን ኢኻ። ድሕሪቲ ከቢድ መስዋእቲ ውዕሊ ሰላም ፕሪቶሪያ ብምፍራሙ መንእሰይ ትግራይ እፎይ ኢሉ ኣብ ዓዱ ብሰላም ክነብር፤ ናብ ንቡር ሂወትካ ኣትዩ ናብርኡ ከመሓይሽ ፣ ፅዒሩ ግዒሩ ሂወቱ ከመርሕ ፣ ተምሂሩ ተመራሚሩ ንባዕሉን ንዓዱን ክረብሕ ፤ ለውጢ ተጋሂዱ ኣብ ኩለ መዳይ ህንፀት ዓዱ ብበዓልዋናነት ክሳተፈን ክመርሕን እናተገበኦ ብሰንኪ እቶም ስሱዓት ሓይልታት ጥፍኣት መንገድታት ሰላም ተዓፅዮም ናብ ካልእ ዙር ደማዊ ኵናት ክንኣቱ ኣብ ጫፍ በፂሕና ኣለና። እቲ ዝመፀና ዘሎ ማዕበል ጥፍኣት ንምዕጋት መንእሰይ ትግራይ ሞተር ቃልሲ ኮይኑ ኣብ ውሽጥን ኣብ ደገን ተዋዲዱ ክቃለስን መንእሰይ ትግራይ ብሃንቀውታ ዝፅበዮ ዘሎ ለውጢ ኣብ ዝሓፀረ ግዜ ንኽመፅእ ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ምስ ዝገብሮም ምንቅስቓሳት ተናቢቡን ተሓጋጊዙን ብፅንዓት ክቃለስ ንፅውዕ።
7. ንዝኸበርክን ደቂ ኣነስትዮ ትግራይ:- ታሪኽ ቃልሲ ህዝቢ ትግራይ ከምዝመዝገቦ ብዘይተሳትፎን ድጋፍን ደቂ ኣነስትዮ ተዓዊቱ ኣይፈልጥን ኣይዕወትን እውን። እዚ ንምርግጋፅ ኣብ ናይ ቀረባ ግዜ መኸተ ህያው ምስክር እዩ። ብጅግንነትክን ቃልስኽንን ዝተረኸበ ሰላም በቲ ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለን ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ጠፊኡ ናብ ኵናት ክንኣቱ ይግበር ኣብ ዘሎ ዘይሕጋዊ ምንቅስቓስ ኢድክን ከምዘይተእትዋ ብምትእምማን ንሰላም ደው ኢልክ ኣንፃር ፃሕተርቲ ኵናት እትገብረኦ መተካእታ ዘይብሉ ቃልሲ ኣጠናኺርክን ክትቅፅላሉን ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ዝገብሮ ዘሎ ቃልሲ ብምድጋፍ ኣብ ዝህልዉ ምዕባለታት እቲ ልሙድ ደገፍክን ከይፍለየና ንፅውዕ።
8. ንፖለቲካዊ ውድባት ትግራይ:- ብሰንኪ እቲ ብጥሪ 15/2017 ዓ.ም ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ተኣኪቦም ንሓደ ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለ ኢና ንድግፍ ዝብል ውሳነ ብምውሳኖም ሓይልታት ፀፅታ ትግራይ ናይቲ ጉጅለ ዋርድያ ክኸውን ክኢሉ እዩ። በዚ ምኽንያት ፖለቲካ ትግራይ ዕጥቂ ክህልዎን ካልኦት ካብቲ ጉጅለ ወፃኢ ዝኾነ ግን ድማ ንትግራይ ዝጠቕሙ ኣተሓሳስባታት ከይድመፁን ኣብ ህዝቢ ከይበፅሑን ብዕጥቂ ዝተሓገዘ ዓፈናታት እናተፈፀመ ይርከብ። ፖለቲካ ትግራይ ዕጥቂ ዘይብሉ ( Demilitarized ) ክግበር ኣለዎ። እዚ ንምግባር እትገብሩዎ ዘለኹም ሰላማዊ ፖለቲካዊ ቃልሲ ዝነኣድን ክቕፅል ዘለዎን ኮይኑ ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ቃልስኹም ኣብ ዝሓፀረ ግዜ ንኽዕወት ኣብ ዝገብሮም ምንቅስቓሳት ፖለቲካውን ዲፕሎማሲያውን ድጋፍ ክትገብሩሉ ንፅውዕ።
9. ንትካላት ሃይማኖትን ሲቪክ ማሕበራትን:-  ብሰንኪ ዘይሕጋዊ ውሳነ ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ከምኡ እውን ዕንደራ እቲ ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለን ኣብ ትግራይ ናይ ሰላም መንገዲ ሙሉእ ንሙሉእ ተዓፅዩ ኩሎም ዓይነታት ኣፈላላያትን ተቓውሞታትን ብኣፈሙዝን ብዓፈናን ይተኣናገዱ ከምዘለዉ ከመቶ ትርድእዎ ንኣምን። ይኹን እምበር ዘይሻራዊ ብምዃንን ብዘይስኽፍታን ፍርሕን ሹቕረራን ኩሉ ለለልክዑ ሒዙ ናብ ምክብባርን ምክእኣልን ክኣቱ ኣብ ምግባር ካባኹም ትፅቢት ዝግበረሉ ዝነበረኳ እንተኾነ ክሳብ ሕዚ ግን ዘዕግብ ውፅኢት ክተመዝግቡ ኣይከኣልኩምን። ፖለቲካዊ ኣፈላላያት ብሰላማዊ መንገዲ ጥራሕ ክእለዩን ናብ ጎንፂ ክይዓብዩን ብዝተፈላለዩ መንገዲታት ብዙሓት ፃዕርታት እናገበርኩም ዋላኳ እንተመፃርኹም ብሰንኪ ኩሉ ንዓይ ይኹን ፤ ኣነ ዝበልኩዎ እንተዘይኮይኑ ዝተበተነ ይበተን ዝጠፍአ ይጥፋእ ኣብ ዝብል ዝተሸኸለ ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለን ዋርድያታቱ ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ናብ ተግባር ዝተቐየረ ዕርቂ ክትፍፅሙ ኣይከኣልኩምን። ሕዚ እውን እንተኾነ ንቐፃሊ ኣብ ትግራይ ሰላም ክሰፍንን ናይ ፖለቲካ ኣፈላላይ ብስልጡን ሰላማዊ መንገዲ ጥራሕ ክፍታሕን ዕርቂ ክፍፀምን ካብ ናይ ቅድሚ ሕዚ ዝነበሩኹም ጌጋታት ተማሂርኩም ዝነበሩኹም ፅቡቓት ስራሕቲ ኣጠናኺርኩምን ዝያዳ ዕዉት ስራሕ ክትሰርሑ ደጊምና እናፀዋዕና ብወገንና ንሰላም ቅሩባት ምዃንና ነረጋግፅ።
10. ንመላእ ህዝብታት ኢትዮጵያ:- ውዕሊ ሰላም ፕሪቶሪያ ብምፍራሙ ኣብ ክልል ትግራይ ይኹን ኣብ መላእ ኢትዮጵያ ዓብዪ እፎይታ ተፈጢሩ ነይሩ እዩ። ይኹን እምበር ኣብ ትግራይ ዘሎ ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለን ዋርድያታቱ ዝኾኑ ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ብሽም ፅምዶ ምስ ስርዓት ሻዕቢያ ተላፊኖም ናብ ካልእ ዙር ደማዊ ኵናት ከእትዉና ኣብ ጫፍ በፂሖም ኣለዉ። ናይ ትግራይ ናይ ሰላም ሓይሊ – TPF ውዕሊ ሰላም ፕሪቶሪያ ብሙሉእነት ክፍፀምን ዘለዉ ኣፈላላያት ብሰላማዊ መንገድን ብመሰረት ሕገ መንግስትን ክፍትሑ ከምዘለዎም ይኣምን። ኵናት መዕነውን መንገዲ ጥፍኣትን ስለዝኾነ ኣይንመርፆን ኣይንደልዮን። ይኹን እምበር ብሰንኪ እቶም ኣብ ትግራይ ዘለዉ ሓይልታት ጥፍኣት ንኹላትና ዝለኻኽም ናብ መዕነዋይን ደማውን ኵናት ከይንኣቱ ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ይገብሮ ንዘሎ ምንቅስቓስ ኩሉ መዳይ ድጋፍ ክትገብሩሉ ንፅውዕ።
11. ንመንግስቲ ፌደራል:-  ብመሰረት ውዕሊ ሰላም ፕሪቶሪያ ግዝኣታዊ ሓድነት ትግራይ ናብቲ ብሕገ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ዝፍለጥ ወሰን ክምለስ ፤ ኣብ ውሽጢ ዓዲ ዘለዉ ተመዛበልትን ኣብ ሱዳን ዘለዉ ስደተኛታትን ውሕስንኦም ተሓልዩሎም ናብ መረበቶም ብሰላማዊ ክምለሱ ሓላፍነቱ ክዋፃእን ናብ ተግባር ክኣቱን እናፀዋዕና እቲ ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለን ዋርድያቲቱ ዝኾኑ ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ብሽም ፅምዶ ምስ ስርዓት ሻዕቢያ ተላፊኖም ክጅምሩዎ ተዳልዮሙሉ ዘለዉ ደማዊ ኵናት ከም ሃገር ናብ ከቢድ ቅልውላው ዘእቱ መንገዲ ጥፍኣትን ንትግራይ ድማ ዓውደ ኵናት ዝገብርን ስለዝኾነ ምስ ግዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ትግራይን ካልኦት ዝምልከቶም ኣካላትን ብምትሕብባር እዚ ዘይሕጋውን ዘይተቐደሰን ርክብ ብህፁፅ ደው ከብሎ እናፀዋዕና ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ንኣፈፃፅምኡ ኣድላዪ ዘበለ ድጋፍን ምትሕብባርን ከምዝገብር ነረጋግፅ።
12. ንማሕበረሰብ ዓለም:- ብሰንኪ ፃሕታራይነት ኣብ ትግራይ ዘሎ ዘይሕጋዊ ጉጅለን ኮርን ልዕሊኡን ንውዕሊ ፐሪቶሪያ ብፍራስ ብሽም ፅምዶ ምስ ስርዓት ሻዕቢያ ብምልፋንን ኵናት ክውላዕ ኣብ ጫፍ ተበፂሑ ኣሎ። ናይ ትግራይ ሓይሊ ሰላም – TPF ኣብ ትግራይ ኢሉ እውን ኣብ ቀርኒ ኣፍሪካ ክፍጠር ዝኽእል መዕነዋይን ተስፋሕፋሕን ደማዊ ኵናት ብምትራፍ ኣብ ትግራይ ይኹን ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ ሰላማዊ ፖለቲካዊ ቃልሲ ክህሉ ፤ ኣብ ትግራይ ሓቛፋይ ግዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ክጣየሽን ንመረፃ ምችው ባይታ ክፍጠርን ዴሞክራሲያዊ መረፃ ተኻይዱ ህዝባዊ መንግስቲ ንኽትከልን ንቃለስ ከምዘለና ብምርዳእ ኩሉ ዓይነት ደገፍ ክትገብሩና ንፅውዕ።
